Our customized Razor electric motorcycle kits are designed with parts that work harmoniously together to completely overhaul your MX500, MX650, SX500, Indian eFTR Jr and RSF650 Razor bike front end. Get ready to kick the “clunk” and end bottoming out at every bump or dip!

Compatible with all original Razor 12mm axle front wheels as well as aftermarket 14”-17” options. Due to the wider, more stable triple clamp spacing and larger diameter forks the original Razor front axle is too short. If you don’t have one already our extended axle kit is available in the optional add-ons below.

Not compatible with the original Razor cable or aftermarket mountain bike style (Zoom, Shimano, etc.) brakes without an adapter or modification. Please see below for our recommend hydraulic motorcycle brake kit.

All of our kits feature our industry first, 220% stronger, 15mm stem bolt to tie everything together. The result is the strongest, single bolt installation available. Say goodbye to your original Razor 15mm to 10mm reducer bushings and the dinky 10mm stem bolt. MX500/MX650/RSF650 kits already include our upgraded 15mm bearing support tube.

Our model specific kits are engineered to install directly without bushings or adapters to the original Razor sealed roller ball bearings in the steering neck. Optional tapered roller ball bearing upgrades are available as well.

Need a brake kit? We use and recommend this complete twin piston hydraulic front brake kit which can be purchased from Amazon.

True motorcycle brakes means one less safety critical bicycle component on your motorcycle. The caliper will have minimal contact with the smaller, original Razor 140mm disc so we recommend pairing it with our supersized 180mm brake disc kits as shown in the photos. This kit comes pre-bled, ready to stop and is compatible with all of our fork offerings as well as any aftermarket forks with 42-45mm brake caliper mount spacing.

You will need two M8 bolts to attach the caliper to your forks as those are not included in the brake kit. As every wheel configuration is different, you may also need to add spacers to the brake disc or caliper mount locations if you wish for your wheel to sit centered. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding compatibility or help with your setup. This kit will not work on stock Razor forks without modification or an adapter plate.
